Susan Blagar graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and certification in Elementary Education. She received her Master’s Degree from Adelphi University in Elementary Education.
Susan has worked for 40 years in the medical field in both clinical and administrative roles. She will support our therapists by managing and organizing the business side of the practice.
Susan has resided in the Raleigh area since 2022. In her free time she enjoys exploring North Carolina and spending time with her husband, their children and grandchildren.

Aprice is a dedicated and driven clinician who graduated with her Master’s degree from North Carolina Central University’s Communication Sciences and Disorders program in 2025. Aprice is licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina, and is an ASHA-certified CCC-SLP. With over two years of experience as an ASHA-certified C-SLP Assistant, Aprice has worked with a diverse range of populations, including early intervention and school-age clients, across various settings such as daycare centers, schools, homes, and clinics.
Throughout her career, Aprice has collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and teachers, to develop individualized strategies that optimize client outcomes. She has gained invaluable experience working with pediatric, young adult, and geriatric populations by offering therapeutic services, conducting screenings and evaluations, and actively participating in community volunteer opportunities. Her comprehensive skill set in patient care, assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration has been further strengthened by her commitment to professional growth, including 5.0 hours of pediatric feeding disorder management training.
Passionate about early intervention and pediatric care, Aprice takes a client-centered approach to ensure that children receive tailored services that support their long-term success. Her goal is to foster positive outcomes by creating environments where children can thrive.
Currently residing in Raleigh, NC, Aprice enjoys journaling, photography, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with her family and friends during her free time.

Sophia received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Grand Valley State University, and her Master’s degree from Calvin University. Sophia is licensed to practice in North Carolina.
Sophia has clinical experience evaluating and treating both children and adults across a variety of settings including, schools, acute care hospitals, ABA centers, and outpatient clinics. She has worked with children with a wide range of diagnosis including receptive/expressive language delays, articulation/ phonological disorders, feeding and swallowing challenges, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and those who use Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC).
Working within an ABA clinic has allowed Sophia to collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families to provide coordinated, team-based care. She enjoys helping incorporate AAC and other evidence-based communication strategies into each child's daily routines, ensuring that communication opportunities extend beyond speech therapy sessions into ABA therapy, home, and other natural environments. Sophia believes that consistent collaboration across providers and caregivers helps children generalize skills and become more confident, independent communicators.
Sophia is passionate about early intervention and providing patient-centered therapy that is individualized to each child's unique strengths and needs. She utilizes play-based, evidence- based intervention strategies to create engaging and supportive environments where children can build meaningful communication skills. She values partnering with families by providing education, practical strategies, and home carryover activities that empower caregivers to support their child's communication in everyday life.
Sophia grew up in Michigan and now resides in Durham, NC. In her free time, she enjoys attending yoga classes, baking, and traveling with friends and family.

Candyce earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies from Winston-Salem State University in 2021 and recently completed her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at North Carolina Central University in December 2025. She is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship Year, where she continues to grow her clinical skills and professional expertise.
Throughout her training and clinical experiences, Candyce has worked in a variety of settings including schools, private practices, in-home services, and daycare and Head Start programs. She has collaborated closely with occupational therapists, as well as parents and teachers, to support comprehensive, team-based care. Her clinical experience includes working with pediatric clients from early intervention through 18 years of age, addressing a wide range of communication needs. Candyce has a strong passion for early intervention, pediatrics, and articulation therapy, and she is committed to providing engaging, individualized, and evidence-based services that support each child’s success.
Currently residing in Knightdale, North Carolina, Candyce enjoys traveling with family and friends, going to the movies, and watching sports in her free time.
Grace graduated from the University of Virginia in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders and Cognitive Psychology. She received her master’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in Speech Language Pathology in 2022. She is currently licensed to practice in North Carolina and Texas.
Grace has clinical experience working with children with a range of disabilities including articulation and language disorders, Autism, Down Syndrome, stuttering, and more. She has worked in multiple settings, most recently in the school system, as well as private practices and virtual therapy. Grace is passionate about providing a safe and fun environment during therapy sessions, to enable children to reach their goals and flourish.

Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2023. She recently completed her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in May 2026 and is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship Year.
Alicia has experience working with children across a variety of settings, including daycares, ABA clinics, and schools-based environments. Throughout her clinical experiences, Alicia has collaborated closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians, teachers, parents and caregivers to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
She is especially passionate about early intervention and pediatric speech-language therapy, as she values the opportunity to support young children during critical stages of development and help them build the communication skills needed to connect and learn. Alicia currently lives in the Raleigh area.

Holly Cummings is a licensed speech-language pathologist with 23 years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience, serving children with a wide range of communication needs. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Miami University and holds ASHA certification as well as licenses in both Ohio and North Carolina. Holly is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
Throughout her career, Holly has worked with children from preschool through high school, supporting a wide variety of communication profiles and developmental needs. She has extensive experience providing assessment and intervention for autism spectrum disorder, language disorders, speech sound disorders, social communication differences, and complex communication needs. Holly is especially passionate about language intervention and helping children develop the skills needed to communicate effectively, build meaningful relationships, and participate confidently in their daily lives. Holly has extensive experience conducting Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) evaluations, recommending and implementing communication systems and speech-generating devices, and supporting children with complex medical, developmental, and neurological diagnoses.
Holly enjoys helping individuals discover effective ways to express themselves and is committed to ensuring every child has access to functional, meaningful communication. She also values partnering with families, teachers, and support staff to provide training and coaching that promotes successful AAC use across home, school, and community environments. Holly has also supported culturally and linguistically diverse students, including children learning English as a second language. She values individualized, strengths-based approaches to intervention and has extensive experience supporting social communication development while respecting and affirming neurodiverse ways of thinking, learning, and interacting with others. Her goal is always to help children build meaningful communication skills that honor their unique strengths and support authentic connections with those around them. After living in Ohio her entire life, Holly recently relocated to North Carolina to be closer to family and enjoy the beauty of both the mountains and the coast. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with family and friends.

Nadia graduated from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in English. She later earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from North Carolina Central University and is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship Year.
Throughout her clinical experiences, Nadia has worked in a variety of settings including schools, daycares, and ABA clinics. She has experience supporting children from diverse backgrounds with language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, developmental differences, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and clients with AAC devices.
Nadia is especially passionate about early intervention and language therapy and is committed to creating engaging, individualized, and evidence-based therapy experiences for each child. Nadia values building supportive relationships with children and collaborating closely with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to help each child grow and succeed. When she’s not working, Nadia enjoys life in Raleigh, spending time with family and friends, reading, and trying out new restaurants.
